Our products can be returned within 28 days of the original date with proof of purchase. The purchased product(s) may be exchanged for another product(s) or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product isn’t open, used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

RETURN PROCESS

1) Email us at info@viciibotanicals.com to notify us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 28-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once we receive your package back and can confirm the faulty condition, we will then issue a refund or exchange for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be issued.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from www.viciibotanicals.com
